We work with and recommend the highest quality products and product vendors. For our customers that require these uptime standards and efficient business operations to maximize their ROI, we have designed and offer several service contracts to meet their needs. We highly recommend at a minimum our BCC Standard Server Maintenance Contract to keep your server protected and operating at it’s highest level. $550.00 per month

Maintain server hardware and software updates – applications, security (virus/spam), system software & critical updates, hard drive maintenance.

Covers all servers, workstations, and laptops (Macintosh and Windows PC’s) peripherals, network, and backup system

Network monitoring, firewall protection and updates

Discounted hourly rate (first 5 hours per month @  $110.00 per hour, included) $75.00 Savings!

Unlimited product and technical support research

Monitor, check & clear system & backup logs, monthly performance reports

Maintain & update backup system

Unlimited telephone technical support during priority service times

Additional hours billed @ $115 per hour ($10.00 per hour savings!)
